This dynamic and growing team is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a passion for high-tech solutions and exceptional client service.Your Role As a key member of the team, you will independently manage a diverse caseload, including: Leasehold and freehold transactions Registered and unregistered property matters Sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages Youll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client journey, progressing matters efficiently while maintaining impeccable file organisation.Skills&Experience Required To thrive in this role, the following skills and experience are essential: Qualified professional (CILEx, SRA, or CLC) with at least 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) Proven ability to independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completionProficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Results-driven approach with the ability to meet billing targets The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident handling complex transactions.
