Housing Compliance Coordinator, Accrington

Experienced Housing Compliance Coordinator 3 month Temp in Accrington Your new role You'll join a forward-thinking housing provider as the Housing Compliance Coordinator, supporting the delivery of safe, well-managed homes across the organisation. Working closely with contractors, surveyors, housing teams and senior managers, you'll keep compliance activity running smoothly across key areas including gas, electrical, fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, lifts, and wider building safety.Day-to-day, you'll manage compliance data, chase outstanding actions, update asset systems, prepare reports, support audits, liaise with residents, and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and audit-ready. You'll be a central point of coordination - keeping everyone aligned, informed and compliant.
