Description

We are a small but growing software development company and have developed Procim®, a leading project-based budgeting, costing and process automation software within the experiential marketing, corporate communications and live event industries. We are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic all-rounder as a junior business process consultant/analyst

Activities

You will:

  • Provide a first point of liaison for clients regarding queries and support issues
  • Provide process consultancy, project delivery and customer post go live support as directed by our consultants
  • Assist with the analysis of user requirements related to Procim implementations
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of Procim demonstrations and training sessions
  • Supporting project delivery as directed by our consultants and development manager
  • Test Procim when new features are developed before being released to clients.

Skills/What we’re looking for

This is a very varied role and requires a degree of flexibility and adaptability as well as an ability to cope with challenging situations. You must be able to use your initiative, have a very strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking abilities, confident interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of organisation and focus, and be able to work under pressure within deadlines.

You will ideally be qualified to Bachelor’s degree level, preferably in a business administration, MIS, Computer Science or other related field.

The following additional skills although not essential will be considered:

  • Experience within the live events, experiential marketing, creative design sectors
  • Business process analysis, mapping and workflow experience
  • Software testing, training, user support and change management skills
  • Good IT application skills, understanding of IT systems
  • Knowledge of databases, data manipulation, retrieval and queries
  • Exposure to sales, application support and/or customer services
  • Knowledge of financial systems, financial/accounting experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
