  • Ask the Right Questions: Understand where enquiries originate, optimize ad spend, and influence data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and a nominated SEO agency to maximize impact.
  • Innovate: Bring fresh ideas for storytelling, digital engagement, and lead generation.
  • Measure Success: Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in branding and marketing strategy. Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role, preferably from an agency or large company background.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and content creation.
  • Comfortable managing both online and offline channels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in driving and converting leads through targeted marketing efforts.

· Ability to update and improve website tools in collaboration with developers.
