About Ariosi

Ariosi are serviced apartment consultants and the home of OrbiRelo and GSAIR. We provide bespoke, independent and specialist advice to guide business objectives and lift standards within the accommodation and mobility sectors. We provide industry-specific training courses and workshops focusing on developing capability, productivity, and performance. We deliver data informed analysis, using tools and reports to support planning and decision making. We collate, compile, publish and deliver the Global Serviced Apartment Industry Report (GSAIR). We develop, resource, and run the agent aggregator platform known as OrbiRelo, for large Relocation Management Companies and their clients, as a complete solution for all their Temporary Housing needs. SilverDoor is the sister company of Ariosi.

About us

  • We’re a team of 10+ employees, in offices based in London, Lancaster and Singapore.
  • Our team includes an experienced Graphic Designer.
  • We share offices with our sister company which means a much larger Marketing Department isn’t far away – there will be cross company collaboration and support, as needed.
  • We’re a small business and everyone makes the tea!

About you

  • We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to establish and lead our Marketing function.
  • You’ll have at least 5+ years Marketing experience and be confident taking on the primary Marketing role within a small startup business, which has been established for 2+ years.
  • You’ll be solely responsible for the company’s Marketing strategy its implementation.
  • You’re a creative communicator and excellent writer, with the ability to interpret and articulate complex information and communicate our service and unique selling points in a clear and compelling way, across a variety of media.
  • You’re flexible, organised, quick thinking, a hard worker, self-motivated, solutions orientated, with strength of character.
  • You’re able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and projects and you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and implement a marketing strategy, maintaining alignment with business needs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to determine marketing requirements for each business pillar, working collaboratively to ensure all content is business relevant.
  • Create and manage compelling written and visual content and collateral that will be used across a variety of channels.
  • Work alongside Graphic Designer to help create high quality visual materials.
  • Develop and maintain a social media plan.
  • Be the lead contact for marketing and press enquiries and establish mutually beneficial relationships with relevant press contacts or outlets.
  • Manage company marketing campaigns, ensuring preferences and client data is appropriately handled. Make use of relevant campaign tools as needed.
  • Play a leading or supporting role in writing company relevant publications or blog posts.
  • Work alongside other business leaders to curate relevant and engaging presentations, courses, or workshops.
  • Play a leading or supporting role in bids, proposals, or award submissions. Status to be determined by business need.
  • Work alongside other business leaders to lead or support company or hosted events.
  • Manage any company relevant advertising needs.
  • Improve and increase brand awareness and the profile of the business.
  • Maintain a consistent brand message across all channels. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Carry out market research and stay abreast of industry trends and the wider competitive landscape. Regularly network, continuously sweeping up knowledge.
  • Work with COO on expenditure plan and annual budget - COO to have ultimate budgetary control and sign off.
  • Work closely with COO, reporting on marketing activities (formally, monthly, as a minimum).
  • Understand the vision and mission, and work in harmony with, all Habicus Group companies.
  • Seek intercompany opportunities and establish mutually beneficial intercompany relationships.

Key skills and experience

  • Excellent standard of communication, written and spoken English, with a strong eye for detail.
  • A creative and engaging written style ideally developed in a role writing for a business.
  • A positive, strong, and confident communicator who can lead on planning, storyboarding, proof-reading, and editing.
  • Experienced in social media management and creating content for different platforms.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing trends and tools; SEO and PPC.
  • An ability to brief and guide designers to create visual materials to complement written content.
  • Ability to use design or other programmes to create simple graphics and presentations.
  • Experienced in using CRM and engagement platforms such as Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey and Pipedrive.
  • Evidence of previous work demonstrating your ability to create high-quality, well-researched written content would be desirable. Please submit examples with your application, which could include blog posts, presentations, articles, newsletters, bids, brochures, or award submissions.
