Maintenance Carpenter London, Central London

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trader to join a growing maintenance team working across commercial and residential properties throughout London.

This is a mobile role suited to someone with a strong carpentry background and broad maintenance experience across multiple trades. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

• General carpentry and maintenance works
• Repairing chipped or damaged woodwork
• Installing and repairing doors, cupboard doors, and door closers
• Door adjustments and alignment
• Furniture repairs
• Installing shelves and window restrictors
• General handyperson and maintenance duties
• Procuring materials and equipment required for works
• Completing job sheets and reports via mobile app technology
• Travelling between sites across London

• Strong carpentry experience essential
• Multi-trade experience including basic plumbing, painting, and general repairs
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the building or maintenance industry
• Previous experience in commercial or residential maintenance environments
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld technology
• Reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work overtime or out-of-hours when required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
