Here at The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products we take stationery or general promotional products and turn them into powerful marketing tools, using the latest print technology. Our business is a hybrid of marketing and manufacturing where in 2019, through over 3500 resellers, we produced and distributed over 66 million printed products. These were all fulfilled in-house through innovative print processes, such as direct digital and spot colour printing, as well as laser engraving and dye sublimation printing. Working with us We are a family business, based in Aldershot Hampshire, and as a rule every role has a direct line to the Board of Directors, giving you visibility and accountability which are essentials for growth. Our founders are entrepreneurs, we therefore look to build teams with employees who possess a similar skillset in taking initiative and finding a way to achieve excellence in their roles. This is an exciting time to join our businesses as in 2019 we refurbished our 60,000 sq ft factory to include breakout areas for employees, a training facility for ongoing support and a showroom for our customers to experience our full product range and service offering. The impact of COVID-19 has resulted in our businesses diversifying into other areas and creating new brands. As we build the business back to its pre-March 2020 standing we need exceptional creative minds to execute our vision. What you?ll be doing E-commerce is an emerging division of our business. We have recently built web stores across Amazon and eBay, aswell as websites to compliment areas we have diversified into. To lead our e-commerce expansion, we are looking for a skilled marketeer to join the team. The pace is fast and you will be given autonomy to develop our platforms, working with our external partners from inception to launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Inventory management on our e-commerce platforms including Amazon and ebay; * Manage and update inventory levels on all websites and stores, coordinate with warehouse and sales team for updates on new stock arrivals, low stock and stock outages; * Create and edit sales listings on our website, Ebay & Amazon, ensuring all products are listed with the correct images, description and pricing; * Assist with company social media, advertising, blogs and news page; * Monitoring competitor activity to ensure that the platforms compete competitively in terms of pricing and performance; * Gather and analyse information to make recommendations to further improve the customer online experience and the commercial performance of the e-commerce operation; * There will be a primary focus on managing the brand?s reputation online, across the range of e-Commerce platforms on which our products are retailed; * Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to ensure our content is up with industry trends; * Explore new ideas on how to improve the customer journey throughout our websites, both B2B and B2C; * Be up to date on mobile experience and ecommerce trends, and suggest improvements that could help customers in their online shopping experience; * Liaise with wider business for up to date product information, missing data, pricing and other necessary information. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required This role is for you if you: * You will need to be proficient with the usual office software packages and good at managing lots of tasks and priorities. You must be able to demonstrate a good memory and an exceptional level of attention to detail. * Be and active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the online trading team and be prepared to own the extra mile * Have a sound understanding of Amazon and or eBay MarketPlace including how to optimise products * Are able to set your own project plan for product launches, giving the graphics team ideas on content and liaising with external partners to get products posted * Ability to take direction and complete tasks within set parameters * Whilst there will be a strong support network in place for you, this is an autonomous, fast paced and varied role that will require exceptional multi-tasking and prioritising ability in order to be successful. * Have 1-3 years experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role * Live within 45 minutes of our HQ, Aldershot Hampshire; * If you are ready to move up from an administrative level and take ownership of projects * Experience with photography or the creation of graphics is desirable On top of a competitive salary we also offer a benefits package too: * Working in our newly refurbished and spacious offices * Access to internal and external training, funded by the business * Workplace pension scheme * Cycle storage * Referral bonus when you bring your friends to join the team * Credit to spend each year on our products * 28 days of holiday a year (including public holidays).
