Private Client Solicitor Leading Legal 500 0-3 PQE Surrey Competitive Salary A highly regarded Legal 500 firm operating from modern offices in Surrey, recognised for high quality work and in depth knowledge across private client and commercial work, is looking for an experienced solicitor to join their private wealth team in Surrey. You will join a team ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 for their private wealth work. The role will include working on all areas of private client including Wills, Lifetime tax planning, EPAs, LPAs, Court of Protection matters (deputyships, statutory wills etc), trust advice and drafting, estate administration, obtaining grant of probate/letters of administration etc. The ideal candidate will have be 0-3 years PQE and be STEP qualified or looking to do your STEP qualification. You will be pro-active, and have an excellent academic record and experience from a well-regarded private client team.
