Chartered Building Surveyor, Surrey

Chartered Building Surveyor (Intermediate/Senior).  We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor for our client based in Surrey, a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy providing a comprehensive service including Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Building Surveying and Specialist Consultancy, working across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Heritage, Ecclesiastical, Commercial, Automotive and Retail, Leisure and Residential. Project work ranges from the design and construction of small schemes to multi-million pound projects. You will have a minimum of 3 years? experience in and ideally MRICS qualified. Areas covered: Employers Agent on Design and Build Contracts Dilapidations and related landlord and tenant matters Fit out of commercial and industrial buildings Planned preventative maintenance advice and implementation Building Surveys Schedules of Condition Cost Management and Contract administration New Buildings, extensions and alterations, development appraisals Specialist advice for schools including bid management, space and masterplanning Defect Analysis, specification and supervision of remedial works Party Wall Awards Planning consultancy and appeals Architecture and design, drawings and specifications For further information and a confidential discussion please contact Danny at (url removed) / (phone number removed).
