Telephone Business Development Manager - 6 month FTC, Surrey

Our client is a relatively new and growing specialist mortgage lender who are looking to ?challenge the norm? and create a fresh way of working as well as fresh and innovative mortgage products. They have an opportunity for an experienced business development manager to join their Sales team on a 6-month fixed term contract. Duties will include: - * Develop highly effective telephone relationships with mortgage intermediaries, networks, clubs and packagers, acting as an expert on products, criteria and service. * Maximise sales in line with targets * Answer inbound telephone queries, acting as subject matter expert across the Belmont Green proposition in addition to answering intermediary queries via the webchat portal. * Ensure key accounts are kept fully and promptly informed of any changes to criteria, product, service or terms via e-mail, phone and the website. The successful candidate will have: - * Previous business development/account management/sales experience * Mortgage lending knowledge and understanding *Whilst the head office is based in West London, due to current circumstances, all employees are working from home and will be for the foreseeable future
