Nursing Home Manager | *NEW BUILDING* | Surrey | Salary £55000 - £60000 | Must be NMC registered | Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs Bradshaw Bretton are searching for an experienced Nurse registered home manager. Our client has a small portfolio of luxury nursing homes based in the South of England. Our client is looking to open their new luxury 42 bed nursing home this December 2020. The home will provide nursing care for adults with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurological, physical and mental health needs. THE MAIN PURPOSES OF THE ROLE ARE: * Be responsible for the safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led clinical operation of the service, taking full ownership and accountability for all aspects of the service provision. * Provide management and leadership for this new service taking on a visible leadership role. * Ensure all regulatory, contractual and company standards are met and where possible, exceeded. * Recommend changes and improvements for the service and the wider Healthcare Group. * Key to the role is adopting a proactive approach to achieving a positive, engaging, promotional and relationship building role with CCGs, Local Authorities, families and all other stakeholders.
