Senior Electrical Design Engineer Surrey - home based with some time in the office longer-term Long term stability is pretty much guaranteed with this role, our client have partnered with a tech firm to provide engineering consultancy services over the next 7 years, this includes providing engineering design & commissioning services for two Hyper-scale developments (100MW+), with a 3rd currently in planning. What will you be doing? Carry out concept design to detailed design for electrical engineering designs on major datacentre developments achieving the client's brief, Production of electrical engineering designs, calculations, specifications and tender documentation, Production of technical reports in-line with client's requirements, Assist in the technical development of junior staff, Joining this global employee owned engineering business you will be presented with the opportunity to work on projects across EMEA at the technical forefront of the built environment, gaining exposure to working with some the world's foremost companies within the technology space. To be considered you will need to hold the following experience & qualifications: Hold a degree in a related electrical engineering topic and be keen to undertake continued professional development, Possess over 4 years industry experience as an Electrical Design Engineer and possess some experience of working on building projects of a critical nature - such as the datacentre, trading floors, pharmaceutical, research facilities, energy, healthcare etc In return the successful individual will be offered a package to include: Basic salary up to £60,000 Private healthcare cover, Life Assurance, Pension scheme, Annual Bonus, Income protection, Enhance maternity & paternity leave, Professional subscriptions
