A well respected, regional firm listed on the Legal 500 are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Residential Property Fee-Earner to join their well-established & CQS accredited team in their Surrey office. The role will have a focus on new builds and shared ownership matters. The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, experienced paralegal or legal executive looking for their next challenging role. You must have experience in residential property with a new build/shared ownership focus. You will be the specialist in the team advising on new build and shared ownership matters.
