A small to medium sized Chartered Building Surveying and Property practice has a vacancy available for a Residential Surveyor to work in Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire area. Salary & package: £45,000 to £55,000 basic depending on qualifications and experience Commission available above fee target The Residential Surveyor job role: You will be carrying out residential surveying duties in the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire area. The company will aim to keep you within a 10 mile radius of your home address, so won?t be expected to cover the whole of Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. The survey work will include Valuations, RICS HomeBuyer Reports and / or RICS Building Surveys. The job will be home based with access to a local offices if required.
