TIME POSITIONS DAY OR NIGHTS SHIFTS AVAILABLE CQC-RATING GOOD About the role and care homes: Two beautiful, friendly Nursing Home & Residential Care Home, based in Godalming, GU8, are seeking Senior Care Assistants for Days or Nights shifts. About the roles: We have fantastic opportunities for a Senior Days Care Assistant & a Senior Nights Care Assistant Would you like to make a positive contribution to benefit the Nursing Dementia Residents or the Residential Dementia Service Users? As a Senior Care Assistant you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants on a shift, ensuring that quality care is provided to a high standard, to the Residents and Service Users at all times. You will play a key part with care delivery in the home. As a Senior Care Assistant you will provide and ensure a high standard of care are achieved in all areas of the home, including Relationship Centred Care, Personal Care & Support and Dementia Care. You will assist the Deputy Manager or Nurses with care delivery in the home. Also you will ensure that all supervision, appraisals and performance management for the care team are carried out, supporting the care team to achieve their potential. Ensuring that each resident receives their meal with their dietary requirement and choice. Ensuring that each resident feels comfortable and safe. About you: Preferably qualified with an NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3. Have leadership qualities or experience.
