Property Manager/Lettings Manager Guildford, Surrey Basic: Up to £25,000 Full Picture Recruitment is proud to be hiring on behalf of a well-respected Estate Agency who are looking to hire a Property Manager/Lettings Administrator to join their office in Guildford, Surrey. Our client is searching for someone who is ambitious and will be responsible for the management of a high number of properties along with all Lettings admin duties. Their duties will include referencing, tenancy agreements and the ongoing maintenance etc. Perks: * Competitive salary * Working hours: Monday to Friday ? 9.00am ? 5.30am (No weekends) * Constant development and progression * Working for a well-established and respected independent company Your role includes: * Providing support to landlords and tenants, as well as carrying out and booking inventories, mid-term inspections and check out reports * Advising landlords of any maintenance works required * Completing all sign up and move in admin work * Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants regarding any maintenance work * Booking and chasing gas safety checks * Administering DPS Claims * Dealing with complaints from landlords and tenants * Paying invoices to contractors You will need: * A minimum of 1 years? experience in a similar role * Ability to manage properties * Good current knowledge of Health and Safety regulations is essential * Excellent communication skills * Experience in the full cycle of the letting process * Ability to overcome objections * Full UK driving license This is a great opportunity to join an exciting Estate Agency whilst having the reassurance of knowing that you are working for a recognised brand.
