Audit Senior, Guildford

Robert Walters have partnered with a well-established and market leading accountancy firm on the outskirts of Guildford who are looking for an experienced Auditor to join the growing team. Responsibilities: Lead and coach other members of the audit team Plan a risk-based audit approach and design audit tests Carry out appropriate work to meet audit objectives Manage and control job budgets Finalise files for Managers and Partners to review Clear review points and correspond with clients Liaise with and provide support and information to the internal tax team Prepare statutory Financial Statements Experience and qualifications required: ACCA or ACA Qualified (exam qualified would be considered) Significant audit experience Strong technical knowledge, including UK GAAP experience A confident leader, previous experience managing a team isn't essential but the willingness to lead and develop a team is important This is a really exciting opportunity for a recently qualified Auditor to join a growing business and have the opportunity to work with a wide client base who are based both in the UK and internationally
