You will be working 1:1 and in small groups to improve the confidence and behaviour of the students by helping to create a safe and positive environment. An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities: -The ability to work with learners that have various learning difficulties -An understanding of the students with emotional needs -A willingness to learn and build relationships with learners -The ability to work as an individual and as a part of a team -Good numeracy and literacy skills -Adaptability and flexibility Are these skills that you feel you have?
