As an End User Marketeer,youll be responsible for marketing activities in the Market for the assigned end-user segment in Public.

What youll do


This role is accountable for all Public & S&S marketing activities in the Market for the assigned end-user segment.

Leads market assessment for the segment market size/ potential, eco system, key competitors, customer groups and setup.

Creates and executes short-mid-long-term plans in line with segment strategy.

Drives process to periodically update named accounts & prospects list for S&S and Market teams for segment.

Owns S&S portfolio + responsible for local MIP process.

Ensures adoption of value-based pricing mindset + tools.

Develops and runs lead generation campaigns.

Provides feedback to Division on market dynamics, customer needs and competition insights to further improve our offers.

Delivers on operational targets and initiatives defined by by agreement.

Delivers S&S financial segment targets - as well as new growth platforms.

Analysis ROI of marketing activation & drives improvement.

Drives thought leadership on connected lighting/IoT and brand preference in relevant ecosystems.

Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction and eco system.

Promotes and drives customer S&S awareness and traction.

Creates a relentless drive for growth in S&S and new growth platforms.

Organizes and Participates in customer and/or industry events as needed.

Builds S&S competencies Commercial excellence AND Digital.

Collaborates with Market Prof Sales and MarCom Teams in accessing country target segments, harmonizing key messages.

Drive organization Systems and Services knowledge and operational maturity.

Your qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years of relevant Channel Marketeer experience - Marketing working experience.

The ability to do Technical Marketing or previous experience doing Technical Marketing is a must-have.

Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with marketing automation tools is desirable.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve goals.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
