Financial Director, Farnham

An exciting opportunity for a Director of Finance to join a high-performing Multi Academy Trust in a key leadership role.

Working closely with the CEO, COO, and Trust Board, you will lead financial strategy, drive performance, and ensure strong financial management supports excellent educational outcomes.

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and reporting across multiple schools
• Ensure compliance, governance, and audit standards
• Deliver statutory reporting (including ESFA)
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Partner with Headteachers on resource planning and value for money

• Strong senior finance experience in education (essential)
• Knowledge of academy funding and regulations
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery
