Have you spent the last few years as a Quantity Surveyor for an array of refurbishment works? Do you have knowledge of the Social Housing industry?

Key aspects of the role:

Using your commercial expertise to your advantage and drive the refurbishment projects for various decarbonisation schemes such as EWI works in Social Housing around the Sheffield to Lougborough area.

• You'll take ownership on key contracts and become an essential member of the team, for which you will be recognised through training and progression.
• Lead the subcontractors, material procurement and commercial management.
• Use your experience to minimise the costs and enhance value for money whilst adhering to legal and quality assurance requirements.

What you'll need:

• Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
• Member of RICS
• UK Driving Licence
• Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
