We're hiring experienced FLT Drivers for a permanent role with steady income, fixed hours, and real opportunities to grow at Bow Distribution!

• Loading and unloading vehicles in a busy yard using your counterbalance skills
• Ensuring orders are read, understood, and accurately processed
• Using handheld scanners (training provided) to track inventory
• Following set tasks and maintaining a fast pace to meet deadlines
• General Warehouse duties

• A valid counterbalance licence (reach licence is an advantage), ideally refreshed within the last five years
• Literacy skills to read and process orders effectively
• Someone who can work independently, stay motivated, and adapt to a busy environment
• Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment and yard; dressing warmly is key
