Multi Skilled Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer Alfreton, Derbyshire£48,000 Contis The opportunity We're partnering with an established manufacturer in Alfreton area to find an experienced Multi Skilled Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis. This is a key role within the site's maintenance function - keeping production equipment runningefficiently through a mix of planned and reactive electrical maintenance.What you'll be doing Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown response on production machinery and electrical systems Fault-finding and diagnosing electrical issues across LV systems, PLCs, drives, and control panels Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment and process improvementsWorking collaboratively with mechanical maintenance colleagues on multi-discipline tasks Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and contributing to site improvement projects Working safely at all times in line with site health, safety, and environmental requirements What we're looking for Recognised electrical qualification - City&Guilds, NVQ Level 3, BTEC, ONC/HNC, or apprenticeship-trained Solid maintenance experience within a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems, motor drives (inverters/VFDs), and control panels PLC fault-finding experience - Siemens S7 or Allen Bradley preferredAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Multi-skilled engineers with mechanical awareness are particularly welcome What's on offer Competitive salary Permanent role with a stable, well-regarded local manufacturer Varied plant environment with genuine scope to developSupportive maintenance team and experienced management On-site parking If you feel this is of interest please send your CV directly to Dan at Daniel.Rose @ Cvtechnical.co.uk or call for a confidential discussion on 01455 291035 TPBN1_UKTJ
