Finance Executive, Chesham HP5 1TU

GLO is growing and we are looking for an experienced Finance Executive working under our Finance Lead to skilfully support our charity operations through excellent bookkeeping and a high-standard of financial administration.

The person suitable for this post will have the following essentials:

• AAT Level 2 or above
• At least 2 years' experience in Finance
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or other accounting software
• Competent in using Excel, advanced knowledge essential
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Can combine conventional finance skills and experience with faith to support the vision of GLO
• Alignment with GLO’s values and ethos
• Integrity, trustworthiness and confidentiality are key to this role as you will be privy to sensitive information
• Experience of record keeping and working in a finance environment
• A commitment to on-going learning

It is desirable that the person suitable for this post would ideally have the following skills, experience and character:

• Highly proficient computer skills including in-depth knowledge of Excel
• Cross cultural experience
• Experience of assisting in the production of annual accounts for an independent audit
• Experience working collaboratively with teams
• Experience of support engagement
