What You Will Do:

• Lead and support the Outpatients Team, ensuring high standards of patient care
• Oversee daily operations and clinical service delivery
• Mentor and develop junior staff members

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration
• Experience in a senior or leadership nursing role
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team
