• Weekly pay every Friday
• Consistent shift patterns with a mix of early and late shifts (06:30–20:00)
• Experience in a high-volume catering environment
• Temp to Perm opportunities available

• Manage and run your designated kitchen section
• Prepare and present dishes to consistent quality standards
• Support junior kitchen staff where required
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor stock, control portions, and reduce waste
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service

• Strong culinary skills, ideally at Chef de Partie level
• Ability to maintain consistency under pressure
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
