Support Workers – Overnight (Waking) & Evening Hours. We are seeking a caring and reliable Support Workers to provide overnight waking support and evening calls, available 7 days per week. This role offers various contract hours, with full details discussed at interview to ensure flexibility for the right candidate.

• Provide safe, person-centred support during evening and overnight waking shifts
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity
• Follow care plans and instructions while using initiative when appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times

• Experienced as a support worker (desirable, not essential)
• Outgoing, motivating, and approachable
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
• Respectful of confidentiality
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Caring, compassionate, and patient
• In possession of a good sense of humour

• Full training will be provided where required
• This includes Health & Safety and any role-specific practical training

• An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role
• The cost of the DBS will be covered by the employer
