Position: Cleaner Operative

Location: Network Rail, 18 Culzean Road, Maybole, South Ayrshire, Scotland, KA19 7DE

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent – Part Time (6 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 2 hours each day)

• Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, determine when work is required and effectively use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Work within a team, following Health and Safety requirements and applying self‑initiative.
• Develop positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and continuously improving to meet and exceed expectations.

• Basic English communication and reading skills.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible, open, honest, self‑driven, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
