Light Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Location: 232 Frosses Rd, Cloughmills, Ballymena BT44 9PU Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 9:00am 5:30pm Saturdays: 9:00am 1:00pm (some Saturdays off) Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience We are currently looking for a Light Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team at Family Cars NI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid hands-on experience who is looking to develop their skills in a supportive, well-established garage. Youll be working on a wide range of vehicles, carrying out servicing, repairs, and general maintenance in a busy but friendly environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out servicing and routine maintenance Assist with MOT preparation Diagnose and repair common mechanical issues Replace parts such as brakes, suspension components, and exhausts Support senior technicians when required Ensure all work is completed to a high standard Follow health and safety procedures at all times What Were Looking For: Previous experience working as a mechanic or in a similar role Good understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop skills further Strong attention to detail Full UK driving licence preferred Why Join Us?
