Concrete Operatives, Bodicote

We are currently recruiting multiple Concrete Operatives and established gangs for ongoing night work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long‑term work with a major, well‑established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.

• Location: Banbury
• Shift: Night work
• Duration: Ongoing, long‑term opportunity
• Pay Rate: Up to £25 per hour (depending on experience)
• Positions: Individual operatives and gangs welcome

• Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete on live carriageways
• Working with formwork and reinforcement
• Carrying out repairs and reinstatement works
• Operating tools and equipment safely in a live traffic environment
• Working efficiently as part of a gang or independently
• Following strict health & safety procedures, including traffic management protocols

• Proven experience in concrete works, ideally within highways
• Valid CSCS card (essential for all operatives)
• Highways passport / relevant tickets (preferred)
• Ability to work safely on live roads at night
• Gangs must be fully experienced and able to work cohesively
• Strong awareness of health & safety and site procedures
• Reliable and able to commit to ongoing night shifts
• Full PPE required
