Senior Engineer, Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project in Banbury.

• Support the delivery team in the safe and efficient execution of bidge/viaduct works
• Oversee site engineering activities including setting out and quality assurance
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site operations
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, specification, and HSEQ requirements
• Assist with short-term planning and progress reporting
• Review RAMS, ITPs, and technical documentation
• Work closely with Section Engineers and Site Agents to drive delivery across multiple work fronts
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with project standards

• Strong background in Site Engineering/Senior Engineer on a major projects (ideally with bridges)
• Competent managing subcontractors and supervising engineering teams on site
• CSCS card essential
• SMSTS preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
