CPCS Traffic Marshal - Banbury

• Working as a Traffic Marshal on a busy rail infrastructure project in Banbury.
• Safely directing and controlling the movement of plant, vehicles, and pedestrians around site.
• Ensuring all site traffic follows designated routes and complies with safety procedures.
• Coordinating deliveries and vehicle access to maintain efficient site operations.
• Conducting vehicle and plant marshalling duties in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintaining clear communication with drivers, plant operators, and site management.
• Monitoring site access and reporting any safety concerns or incidents.
• Following all health and safety regulations and rail project protocols.
• Supporting the site team with general traffic management duties as required.
• Ongoing work available for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Valid CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshal qualification.
• Previous Traffic Marshal experience.
• Own transport to site

Rate of Pay

• 15.94 (first 39 hours)
• 23.91 (after 39 hours)
• PAYE
• Weekly payments.
