Finishing Foreman, Bangor

Our client are one of the UK?s leading construction and development companies with a history of delivering large scale projects including Student Accommodation, Hotels and PRS schemes. They currently have a requirement for a Finishing Foreman to join their team on a development of high-end new-build apartments in North Wales. Duties to include: ?Monitoring programme and ensure dates are met ?Communication of programme to subcontractors ?Liaison with residents to ensure they are aware of works and their needs/concerns are addressed ?Quality management, to ensure all works are undertaken to the highest quality prior to being handed back to customers ?Health and safety on site, making sure all works are undertaken safely, all relevant legislation is met ?Good eye for quality & detail. ?Proven track record of delivering to programme dates.
