As we continue to grow,we’reexcited to be opening a dedicated Bakehouse—allowing us to create even more of our delicious bakery products for you to enjoy at home, under our new brand, Creative Gardens Food Co.

Responsible to Head Baker

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Baker to support the daily operations of a busy bakehouse. This role is ideal for someone with baking experience who takes pride in producing high-quality products and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team.

• Preparing and mixing doughs, batters, and pastries
• Following recipes and production methods accurately
• Baking products and using ovens
• Maintaining consistency and quality of all products
• Supporting general bakery operations and cleanliness
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

• Previousexperience in a bakery or similar food production environment
• Goodknowledgeof baking processes and techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Good timemanagement and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

• Available to work 5 days per week, approx. 35-40 hours (shift time likely to start at 5:30am, with alternate/occasional Saturdays finishing at 12 noon)

• Formal baking or culinary qualification
• Experience using commercial bakery equipment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP)
• Passion for baking and the Creative Gardens Food Co brand
