Receptionist - Bank, Chipping Barnet

Location: The Arkley Care Home, 140 Barnet Road, Arkley, Barnet EN5 3LJ

Pay: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour depending on experience.

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.
• Manage new enquiries and provide advice and support both face to face and over the phone.
• Conduct show‑arounds within the care home.
• Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing.
• Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed.

You have prior experience as a Receptionist, providing excellent customer service. You are friendly and approachable in person and on the phone, organised, and able to build strong relationships with residents, families and internal teams. You are dedicated, efficient, and have a caring attitude that underpins everything you do.
