KS2 SEN Teacher - ARP Provision - Barnet - September Start

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated KS2 SEN Teacher to join a welcoming 1 form entry primary school in Barnet from September.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the school's Alternative Resource Provision (ARP), supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs in a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have previous experience working within an ARP provision
• Have strong experience supporting children with Autism
• Be confident delivering differentiated learning to meet individual needs
• Have excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• Be passionate about inclusive education and pupil progress

The role:

• Full-time, permanent position
• September 2026 start
• Working within a KS2 ARP provision
• Collaborative and supportive senior leadership team

Salary:
41,000 - 50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
