Fabric Engineer FM Service Provider - Healthcare Barnet up to£37,300 + Package - No callout An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Barnet, North London, has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer based in a healthcare building in Barnet. He or she will be required to carry out plannedand reactive maintenance across this static site.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. Any experience working with fire doors or in healthcare environments is advantageous, but not required. Changing locks. Door hinges. Floor repairs. Minor repairs to office furniture Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs Kick and push plates. Install/ Repair blinds Basic Plumbing.
