The firm is hiring a Family Paralegal for its Barnet office on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is ideal for candidates pursuing or having completed professional legal qualifications and interested in building a career in family law, particularly private law children matters.

• Providing high-quality client care and case management support
• Assisting fee earners in handling family law matters
• Drafting letters and legal documents using case management systems
• Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes
• Preparing and submitting public funding applications
• Collating, organizing, and redacting documents for court bundles
• Liaising with local authorities, police, medical professionals, courts, and experts
• Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements

• Pursuing or completed LPC or BPTC, preferably with a Family Law elective (Private Law Children)
• Demonstrated interest in Family Law
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
