Key Responsibilities

• Carrying outgrass cutting operationsusing ride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers, and strimmers
• Performing generalgrounds maintenance tasksto keep parks, open spaces, and public areas tidy
• Ensuring the safe operation and basic maintenance of equipment
• Following daily schedules and responding flexibly to changing priorities
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Complying withHealth & Safety policiesat all times

Essential Requirements

• Experience ingrass cutting or grounds maintenance
• Ability to operateride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers, and strimmerssafely
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with a flexible, positive attitude

Desirable

• Previous experience inparks or council grounds maintenance
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety in an operational environment
