Your Role Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Support and mentor practitioners within the room Complete observations, assessments, and planning Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesEnsure safeguarding, health&safety, and nursery standards are maintained Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children ?? Requirements ? Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) ? Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner ? Strong understanding of the EYFS framework ? Leadership and team support experience? Positive, organised, and professional approach ? Strong communication and teamwork skills ? Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one ?
