Centre Manager, Ardsley

Catch 22 is recruiting a Centre Manager to cover a commercial site in Barnsley for a growing property management firm.

• Deal with tenant enquiries and manage expectations regarding the site and workspaces.
• Manage customer enquiries, arrange viewings, and organise sales and lettings.
• Conduct audits and inspections of the site and units to ensure a compliant, safe working environment.
• Book maintenance requests and liaise with external contractors onsite.
• Oversee minor works projects and developments, including decommissioning or demolishing units if required.
• Maintain high tenant occupancy and produce rent forecasts for upcoming months.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience overseeing large industrial lettings with excellent customer service, and experience managing tenants and sales. Facilities Management or Health & Safety qualifications would also be beneficial, though not required.

Salary up to £28,000 per annum plus bonus schemes, plus a generous starting holiday allowance and a company discount scheme.
