Care Home Operations Manager, Billericay

We're searching for a full-time Care Home Ops Manager in the county of Essex. Are you a Care Home Operations Manager working in care services looking for a new role? You'll be reporting to the Operations Director and responsible for the care homes performance across a defined region. It's an active and enriching role that comes with a salary of up to £90,000 per annum. You will be a qualified healthcare professional managing a team across your region, leading by example and ensuring high standards of care are adhered to at all times. If you were currently doing this RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified job, here are some things you might have done last week: Delivered robust and progressive business plans for all homes in the region, supporting the delivery of revenue and EBITDA targets to meet the company business plan. Provided outstanding leadership by supporting, empowering and inspiring managers to deliver business objectives and operate in unity with our client's vision and charter. Managed all aspects of the performance of their teams, to ensure that the team achieves their full potential and all aspects of the day to day operations of your region.
