Mini Bus School Driver The Treehouse Club, is now recruiting for a fun bubbly school bus driver to join our team. We are situated in Norsey woods, outwood common road, Billericay, CM11 1HA. We thrive on being outdoors as much as possible and giving the children a forestry based educational adventure! We are looking for an experienced professional bus driver to work with our fantastic staff team. Hours: 7.15am to 9.15pm returning in the afternoon 2.45pm to 4.00pm. Salary and benefits * Salary £9.25 - £10.00 per hour, subject to experience on a banding system * Uniform * Perkbox discount scheme * Free on-site parking. * Pension available. Bus driver Key Responsibilities * Be responsible for transporting children to and from school. * Gain a clear understanding of policies and procedures. 1 Operational Responsibilities for school bus driver * To ensure vehicle checks are completed * To ensure children arrive to and from school safely and with thier belongings. * To uphold and ensure a high standard of care. * To implement and maintain the company?s Equality policy ensuring that children, parents and the staff team are valued and practice is positive and non-discriminatory. * To monitor any safeguarding issues following local authority procedures. * Notify Room Leader of any complaints received or any situation that may be detrimental to the company, agree actions to resolve issues and implement accordingly.
