Male Support Worker - Basildon - Immediate start About us TLTP Care is a CQC registered Domiciliary care agency based in Hainault. We provide an excellent standard of care to service users living in the comfort of their own home. We are currently looking for a male support worker who drives (and own transport) to work with a service user based in Basildon and must have experience in autism and learning disability; for an immediate start. Your duties will be the following: Escorting the service user to/in the community (shops, day out in the park, long walks, etc.). Promoting the service users with daily living activities and life skills. To provide person centred care to the service users To deliver care to service users as directed by care plan To record service user?s care notes To report any changes in service user?s health, mobility, etc. To ensure that the health, safety and welfare of service users is protected To promote service user?s rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity To provide companionship to prevent loneliness The following experience and qualifications are ideal for this role: Care experience in autism and learning disability sector is a must.
