Our clients are a family owned, independent, award winning Estate Agent are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER in their number one *Billericay branch. The Assistant Branch Manager Package: * A basic salary of up to £22,000pa with an £39,000 - £44,000pa OTE * Substantial guaranteed salary for the first six months * Profit share * Pension * 28 days paid holiday, including Bank Holidays * A quality company car / generous car allowance Assistant Branch Manager candidate requirements: * MUST have at least 3 years? experience in Estate Agency * May hold a Senior Property Consultant/Lister role looking to make a move to Assistant Manager * Be focused and ambitious * Proven track record * MUST have Full UK Driving License * Ideally, the candidate will have market knowledge of Billericay Assistant Branch Manager duties: * Supporting the Branch Manager * Improving Market-Share of the branch ahead of its competition * Valuing and Listing properties * Cross-selling products such as Mortgage Appointments and conveyancing etc. * Enjoy a target driven yet professional customer service role * Monday to Saturday 8:30am-6pm with a day off in lieu The *Billericay branch is one of our clients best performing offices commanding number one market share in the town *Estate Agent Assistant Branch Manager positions also available in our clients Maldon and Upminster branches
