The Role
We’re looking for a confident and motivated B2B Support Specialist to join our growing team in Basildon. This is a customer-focused role where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing support over phone and email. While the role is primarily customer support, you’ll also have the opportunity to build technical skills and progress with the company.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and professional 1st line support to clients (mainly marinas and holiday parks).
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
- Keep clients updated and build strong working relationships.
- Coordinate with electricians and contractors when required.
- Work alongside senior technical teams to broaden your skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- A positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple queries and prioritise effectively.
- Basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn more.
Desirable (not essential – training provided):
- Previous B2B customer service experience.
- Basic networking or IT skills.
- Experience in utilities, electronics, or technical support.
