CNC Operator - Nights, Wickford

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive components manufacturer based in Wickford, who are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their night shift team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC operating experience who is looking to develop their skills in a supportive and efficient workshop environment.

This will be an initial 3 months assignment but could go longer!

Position Details:

• Location: Wickford

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:15am

• Pay: 16.77 to 17.96 per hour, depending on experience

• Benefits: Free on-site parking, stable night shift, long-term opportunity

• This is an ongoing temporary role with a view of going permament

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components

• Reading and working from engineering drawings

• Conducting quality checks on your own work

• Supporting your team as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC machines

• Ability to read engineering drawings

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
