This role would suit a motivated Junior Vehicle Technician or recently qualified Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance student or similar, who is eager to develop their skills, learn from experienced engineers, and build a long-term career within the automotive and plant industry.

In this role, the successful candidate will support the workshop team with servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and inspections across a range of fleet vehicles and plant equipment while receiving ongoing training and development.

The Role:

• Supporting servicing, maintenance, and repair work on fleet vehicles and plant
• Equipment
• Assisting with diagnostics, inspections, and fault finding
• Working on brakes, suspension, clutches, and general vehicle maintenance
• Learning from experienced technicians and developing technical skills
• Occasional support with off-site maintenance work
• Opportunities for overtime, training, and progression

The Person:

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician or similar
• College leaver or junior technician background
• Passion for automotive or plant engineering
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
