What You Will Do:

• Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services and advice in designated clinical specialties, ensuring high standards of care.
• Participate in general clinical, dispensary, and on-call pharmacy services.
• Oversee procurement, dispensing, and distribution of medications in compliance with legislation and best practice standards.
• Offer expert guidance on drug interactions, safety procedures, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
• Contribute insights and recommendations in multidisciplinary team meetings to optimise patient care.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.
