Building Maintenance Engineer, Tadley

We are seeking a candidate to join our mobile engineering team of professionals. Working M4/M3 Corridor and predominantly London City on contracted sites ranging from commercial office spaces, large high end residential properties.

You will be required to have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems and have a broad capability maintaining assets and diagnosing issues with building services.

Work is divided into Planned, Reactive and Quoted works. Your day-to-day role will include but not be limited to :

• Building Services Planned Maintenance (HVAC servicing, emergency light testing, tap temperature testing etc)
• Mechanical & Electrical fault diagnosis & repairs
• Minor works installations
• Handyman type works
• Call outs to reactive jobs
• Basic Plumbing

Applicants will also be required to operate our call out rota

Overtime associated to callouts is paid at a x l.5 rate.

• Current salaries ranging from £40-£50K per annum dependent upon skills and experience

Requirements

You will be required to have obtained a minimum of one of the following Industry qualifications :

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification Level 3 / HNC / HND
• 18th Edition if electrically qualified
• Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Qualification with F-Gas
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Excellent customer skills
• Full UK driving license
